Taking city buses around Oahu is easy & cheap. They also have one of the top rated city bus programs in the USA, so jump on and see the island of Oahu!
- One-Way Fare: $2.75
- 1-Day Pass $5.50
- Ask your bus operator for the 1-Day Pass before placing your money in the fare box.
- Valid 12:00 a.m. – 2:59 a.m. the next day, for up to 27 hours of unlimited rides.
- Make sure you have the correct money as they don't give change.
- Riders who need to transfer may purchase a 1-Day Pass on the bus good for rides all day.
- One (1) Child, 5 years & under FREE
- When accompanied by a fare-paying passenger and not occupying a seat
- Monthly Pass: $70.00
- Unlimited usage for regular and Express! service during the month purchased
- Seniors over 65 and Handicapped Fare
- For senior and disabled riders, new fares for the same categories are: $1.25 (up from $1); $3 ($2); $20 ($6) and $45 ($35).

#19, #20 Airport to Kuhio. For Aloha Tower, exit on Alakea & Nimitz. No luggage allowed on bus.
ALA MOANA CENTER (15 mins.)
Any #8, #19, #23, #42, or #E on Kuhio going away from Diamond Head. For Sam’s Club & Wal-Mart, walk 2 blocks on Keeaumoku.
ALOHA STADIUM (1hr. and 30 mins.)
#20 or #42 bus on Kuhio, get off two stops past Arizona Memorial. Aloha Flea Market – Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
AQUARIUM (15 mins.)
#19 or #20 Kapiolani Park bus on Kuhio going towards Diamond Head.
BISHOP MUSEUM (45 mins.)
Closed Tuesdays. #2 School Middle Street bus on Kuhio to Kam shopping Ceter. Walk 1/2 block toward ocean o Ukelike Hwy.
COSTCO – DILLINGHAM (1 hr.)
#42 bus o Kuhio to Dilligham/Alakawa
DIAMOND HEAD (20 mins.)
#2 or #23 Hawaii Kai-Sea Life Park on Kuhio going toward Diamond Head.
DOWNTOWN HONOLULU/CHINATOWN (30 mins.)
#2, #13, #19, #20, #42 to Downtown Honolulu, Chinatown, Iolani Palace, & Kawaiaho Church.
HANAUMA BAY (1 hr.)
#22 Hawaii Kai-Sea Life Park o Kalakaua going toward Diamond Head. $7.50 admission, closed on Tuesdays.
HAWAII CONVENTION CENTER (15 mins.)
#2, #13 on Kuhio to Kalakaua and Kapiolani.
HONOLULU MUSEUM OF ART (30 mins.)
#2 or #13 on Kuhio to Beretania and Ward Ave.
HONOLULU ZOO & WAIKIKI SHELL (15 mins.)
#8, #13, #19, #22 & #23 on Kuhio Ave. going towards Diamond Head.
KAILUA/LANIKAI BEACH (1 hr. and 30 mins.)
Any #8, #19, #20, #23, #42 on Kuhio, ask driver for transfer. At Ala Moana Center transfer to #57 or #57A fro Lanikai. Get off in Kailua in front of Macy’s, transfer to #70.
KAKAAKO/KEWALO BASIN/WARD CENTERS (30 mins.)
#19, #20 or #42 bus on Kuhio to Ward and Ala Moana Boulevard.
MANOA FALLS (45 mins.)
#8 to Ala Moana Center transfer to #5 Manoa.
NORTH SHORE (2 hrs. and 15 mins.)
#8, #19, #20, #23, #42 to Ala Moana transfer to #52. At Haleiwa, transfer to #55.
PEARL HARBOR – ARIZONA MEMORIAL – ALOHA STADIUM (1 hr. and 30 mins.)
#20 #42 from Waikiki
PUNCHBOWL NATIONAL CEMETERY (1 hr.)
#2, #13, or #E on Kuhio (ask for transfer) to Beretania & Alapal Street. On Alapai board #15 Pacific Heights bus to Puowaina & Hookui. Walk uphill into crater. (About 15 Min. walk.)
UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII (25 mins.)
#13 NUUANU bus on Kuhio to University and Dole Streets going towards Diamond Head.
WAIKELE OUTLETS (2 hrs.)
#42 on Kuhio (ask for transfer) to Waipahu Transit Centre. Cross street and transfer to #433 Waikele.
NORTH SHORE – TURTLE BAY – POLYNESIAN CULTURAL CENTRE (2 hrs.)
